About your purchase and your information
The AI Trust Pack costs AUD $195 including GST, paid once through Stripe, and is supplied by Navigator Technology, ABN 86 318 423 453, Queensland, which also trades as Navigator Consulting. Your card statement reads NAVIGATOR* TRUSTPACK and your tax invoice, emailed by Stripe, names Navigator Consulting. You enter card details on Stripe’s secure page and they never reach us. Stripe receives your email address, billing address, order reference and the amount, and transfers data to the United States and India.
We email you when your payment is received and again when your pack is ready. The emails carry a link to this page, not the documents, and are sent through Resend in the United States. Access in this browser lasts seven days; use Recover access for a fresh link.
Your answers and your documents stay on our server in Sydney, backed up encrypted to a device in Australia, for 12 months after purchase, and are then deleted. The record of the sale is kept for five years. Ask us to delete earlier at any time. We count visits and purchases as daily totals to see whether the service is used; nothing in those counts identifies you.
The six documents are drafts requiring review and adoption. They do not verify implementation or authorise external assurance, and they are not legal advice.
Refunds: full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not submitted the detailed assessment; a refund or re-supply, your choice, if the pack is not delivered within 24 hours and we cannot fix it; and your Australian Consumer Law rights at all times.
